The official retail price under the scheme is PKR 199,000/- with an upfront Rs. 90,000/-
capital subsidy provided by the Government of Punjab.
Rs. 90,000/- capital subsidy is directly paid by the Government of Punjab to reduce the
cost for each eligible applicant.
No down payment is required for students. The scheme features 0% down payment financing.
The financing period is 3 Years (36 months) with manageable, interest-free monthly
installments.
The Government of Punjab bears 100% of the interest/markup costs. Applicants pay 0%
interest rate.
All comprehensive insurance costs are fully paid and covered by the Government of Punjab
(GoPb).
The official vehicle registration fee and annual token taxes are completely covered by
GoPb.
Students aged 16 and above can apply for a Juvenile Driving Permit at any Traffic Police
Khidmat Markaz or online through the DLIMS Punjab portal before or along with submitting
their application.
